Anyone interested in trying out for the Neshaminy High School Golf Team must complete the registration form and submit all required physical paperwork as soon as possible. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact Coach Dillon.
Registration
Please complete the Google Form below:
All athletes must complete this form before tryouts, as it will serve as their emergency contact card and provide important information for communication with parents and guardians.
Physical Forms
  • Physicals must be dated after May 1, 2026 and signed by a physician.
  • The entire packet must be completed, including all required parent and student signatures.
  • Incomplete packets will be returned, and the student will not be eligible to participate until all forms are properly completed and signed.
  • Physical forms are available at the Neshaminy Athletic Office
Physical Due Date
  • Golf: August 3, 2026
  • Sections 1-6 of the PIAA Comprehensive Initial Pre-Participation Physical Examination form must be completed, signed by a doctor, and turned into the Athletic Trainer or Athletic Office prior to the following dates: o Golf – Monday August 3rd Physical MUST be dated on Section 6 after May 1, 2026, and MUST have a doctor’s signature.
    · The whole packet must be turned into the athletic trainer or athletic office to be eligible to tryout on the first day of practice.

Tryouts
  • Monday, August 10, 2026 – 9:00 AM
  • Tuesday, August 11, 2026 – 9:00 AM
  • Location: Middletown Country Club
Please submit your registration and physical paperwork as early as possible. Taking care of these requirements ahead of time helps ensure a smooth start to the season.

 

Tryouts are Monday August 10th and Tuesday August 11th at 9:00Am- see below for more information

Try-outs will be held at:

Middletown Country Club

Players MUST try out on the following dates; August 10th and 11th.

 Tryouts w/ill consist of 2 rounds of 18 holes that will take place over 2 days. The best two 9 hole scores will be totaled and this score will used to determine the team. Tie breaker will be the best score on the front 9. Other factors used for team placement: coachability, attitude, golf swing etc.

Players will be required to pass a rules/ golf etiquette quiz in order to make the team.

Any final decisions will be made by the coaches
