You MUST have a signed Physical submitted to Coach Suter and completed the documents on the high school athletics website by Noon on Monday, November 10th, in order to try-out!

Turn physicals in to Coach Suter. You may do so by submitting your physical directly, OR deposit under the door of D200 (has Mr. Suter's name on it!)
Pre-season Parents' Information Meeting is Wednesday, November 5th @6 PM in room B-1 @Poquessing MS
First Day of HS Tryouts (Mandatory) is Friday, November 14, 2025
Bus Number to Poquessing Middle School
You must provide a ride home.
Practices are held at Poquessing Middle School Daily starting promptly at 3 PM. Swimmers should plan to arrive 10 minutes earlier to be ready to begin on time.
