1. Submit physicals, and turn in into the designated folder.

2. Sign and submit the rule sheet along with parents and wrestlers’ signatures.

3. Complete the sign-up sheet and place it in the designated folder.

4. Place $200 in an envelope with your name printed clearly on it. (No money is collected unless it is in an envelope with the printed name.) This will ensure that no errors are made with funds. For payment by checks, please make them payable to Neshaminy High School Wrestling Boosters Club. Parents, please put your wrestlers name in the check memo.
5. This Player Registration Information Form (Google Doc.- We are no longer using Family ID) needs to be filled out and completed this week.
