PIAA Physical Form: ***New this year***
- We are changing how physicals are handled this year. Athletes are not able to upload their physical to FamilyID anymore. They MUST BE HANDED INTO JUSTIN OR THE ATHLETIC OFFICE prior to the following date:
- Turning a physical in after the above date risks not being eligible to practice the first day of tryouts.
- Physical dates changed this year and must be dated and signed by a Physician May 1, 2024, or later.
