A well-rounded high school career includes courses in the Fine Arts. The Fine Arts department offers a variety of
Art and Music courses that foster a student's appreciation for the arts. Basic level courses are offered for the
novice as well as advanced level courses for those students who may be considering a career in the Arts. For many
students this may be their last opportunity to experience and receive formal instruction in the Fine and Performing
Arts. A major goal of the Fine Arts department is to encourage students to develop positive self-esteem and increase
their communication skills through creative expression and performance.
